Baskin-robbins - Valparaiso

After a day at the water park, my partner and I decided to stop by this restaurant. We waited for service for quite some time with no explanation from the staff. Eventually, a man informed us that it would likely be an hour before we were served. I was baffled as to why it would take so long to serve us ice cream. Additionally, we were the only customers in the restaurant besides the staff. Ultimately, we decided to take our business elsewhere next time.

I purchased two small cakes for Father's Day and paid over $55.00 for both. The cakes were very small in size and the taste was lacking. The filling inside the cake was mostly thick cream. I was not satisfied with my experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant is not good. While I understand that teenagers and young adults may have other priorities, I believe that when they are working at Baskin Robbins, they should be helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. They need to be more professional and attentive to customers.

Br is known for large ice cream, it can easily rival coldstone
