Main Stage Valley View Casino

Always a pleasure to eat Black/Blue. We only go to ValleyView to eat a fantastic dinner at Black/Blue Steakhouse. We don't gamble or smoke-so we attach a clothespin to our noses and run thru the casino to get to our favorite steakhouse.

Making our way through the menu, this visit was the tomahawk steak, pork chops, shrimp appetizer along with a few others. Dessert was the baked Alaska. So far, as for desserts this one was our favorite. Food was excellent again. Service was exceptional.

Food was poorly prepared, filet mignonette was raw in the middle and tuff to cut and chew. The free range chicken was bland with no seasoning at all. The portions were very small. The noise level was very distracting and this took away any chance for great dinning experience. You would have thought for the cost, it would have been an experience to remember and return. However we would be hard pressed to return. The one positive was great service.....

Everything was amazing and perfect. Professional and friendly staff. We both did the prefix menu for $69. recent price increase...such is life). The wedge salads were delish and the dressing superb. I got the fillet and my brother got the pork chop. We were out of there within an hour or so. It was quick service and amazing food! The wide varieties of breads with the unique butter flavors , and their little specialized touches and add ons that comes with French press coffee were cute and fun ! It was more than enough food that I've been enjoying some of the leftover things the next day! For dessert the Alaskan bake we split... WHAT A TREAT, and we took our cheesecake home! Thank you for a wonderful and reasonable night out!
