Bidrage med feedbackAfter she hung up on me, I walked in and confronted her about it. She claimed her boss instructed her to end the call. The manager never came out to address the situation, but a man came over to talk to me. He was polite, but he seemed rather hesitant. Nonetheless, he did take our order. On a positive note, the wings were delicious as usual, perfectly cooked even though they were a bit small. The sandwich was decent, but it lacked flavor. Once again, I recommend keeping any negative feedback to yourself, regardless of how bad the experience might be. I really appreciated the man who served us; he’s always pleasant and kind. As for the woman, she was just following her job instructions, doing what she was told.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, and the owners, particularly the lady, were very rude. While I was there, I overheard them speaking to a Black customer in a disrespectful manner, stating they wouldn't serve her because they couldn't handle her comments. She had every right to express herself, and it was unacceptable how they treated her. It felt as though they only appreciated the money from people of color, but not the customers themselves. As a paying customer, I expect proper service, and if they can't cook properly, they should find someone who can. I plan to write a review every week because I want to bring attention to this issue, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others. The atmosphere was far from welcoming!
Fantastic prices, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their freshly fried wings are absolutely delicious!
We were visiting from out of town and decided to try this place. I had the bulgogi and it was amazing. My husband had wings and he said the flavor was great just small but the prices were really good. Staff was very friendly. Great place to eat!
Bulgolgi Bowl was ok, I’ve definitely had better. Restaurant is mostly for to go orders because it only has 2 tables for diners, both were dirty, so was everything else. Somehow they scored 99 on their health inspection, actual conditions beg to differ. Gentlemen who took my order was apparently having a bad day because he asked me if I wanted a regular or large bowl when I asked what’s the difference, he got flustered said size. After looking around I finally found some styrofoam togo trays displayed on the counter and asked if the regular was this size the large was this size as the togo trays were marked. He said no. So I still don’t know the size difference but the regular was more than enough for one person. He asked me about sides, again when I asked about options what does it come with, he got flustered, so I said just make it a complete meal, so I can eat here. After paying I looked at the drink options, it’s all soda or something sort of like syrupy sweet pink or yellow lemonade. I chose the lemonade; but threw most of it away, because it was too much like drinking syrup. While seated, waiting on my food I noticed that some customers get preferential treatment, they have conversations over their other customers actively ordering and then get served first. When my food arrived it was definitely hot the guy that took my order brought it to me. His mood seemed to have improved some, but I should’ve listened to my gut feeling to walk out at the first moment I noticed it would not be a pleasant dining experience. They seem to have a loyal following; so if you know them personally, maybe you have a better experience. Good luck.
