This location has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Waited inside for 15 mins while no one was inside ordering food, no one at the drive thru, and about 8 employees all just ignoring us at the register, they kept arguing about who would take our order and they never once talked to us we had to ask if they were taking orders inside and were met with attitude and a yeah but it's gonna be a second and we were the only people they even had to serve and they absolutely refused. Arbys is usually good about customer service but this location needs a new staff if they expect there to be customers.

Service was horrible waited like 20 mins on a 4pc nugget and a curly fry to be asked to pull up literally a min before my food was ready. I understand COVID got everyone short staffed but dang this is ridiculous .

Food was good, service wasn’t. Cheryl took our order (she appears to be a manager) we asked for the cheddar on the side, and she looked at us crazy like we were asking for something far out of her reach. Needless to say, cheddar was smeared all over my sandwich. You’d think if you ask for something so simple (esp. to a manager taking the order) it’d be full filled…nope not with Ms. Cheryl
