Just discovered this rare treat. Best bakery I've found in ages! Homemade goodness, flaky crust, and kind folks on both sides of the counter.

I Truly Love their TURON. I hope spelling's right. They are Caramelized, Buttery n Crunchy. Plantain Jack fruit inside.‍

Only place to get your Fresh Ube on! I travel from Vacaville to Vallejo to get fresh ube rolls and hot, fresh, beef empeñadas. Next closest would be San Leandro. Not very close. The bakeshop makes a great melon drink, just make sure to check for freshness. Great place. A Go To for any Foodie driving by Vallejo. Easy on and off freeway access. Located at Intersection Redwood St. Sonoma Blvd. Highway 29 . Next to a major asian supermarket and a Jollibee. Lots of parking, lots of people, lots going on. Be smart. Be safe.

It's very rare that you'll find a Filipino bakery in NorCal. Valerio's is the best, small business Filipino bakery. It's located in the heart of the Filipino community in Vallejo (same plaza as seafood city, jollibee, chowking, red ribbon, etc). just like all bakeries, the items on the menu go fast are baked in limited quantities for the day. Do not fear, if you know what you want, you can call ahead they can set aside a few things for you. They have everything from Cheesebread, Ube bread, turon, etc. So if you're craving something sweet delicious from the Filipino heritage, stop by here satisfy your cravings.
