Subway - Vallejo

The service was great and the staff were very friendly. However, the restaurant is in need of new management that can keep the premises clean and ensure that essential supplies like syrup for well drinks are fully stocked. The Diet Coke syrup was empty and the bathrooms were not functioning. It may be best to move on to the next restaurant.

I will never return to this place again, as I had the worst experience in a food place: First there is a sign that no service is available without a mask. So I opened the door and asked the woman if I needed one and she said yes. I'm going to my car to get a mask and if I return in 15 seconds, the door is already locked. I knock on the door several times and it looks like there is someone in the distance, I call the phone and no one answers or it is with a busy tone and after a few minutes the same lady opens the door and I ask her what happened and she tells me that it was time for her break. Finally, I decide to order her and say that I have a voucher to redeem and she informs me that this place does not accept vouchers. Well, I bought a burrito on the road. I ask the woman who served me her name, and she tells me that her name is Mary Lorenzo, a person who went by while waiting for her outside to open, told me that she is the owner's daughter.

This Subway on Solano Ave has unreliable hours and often does not open when expected, especially during lunchtime. They seem to have their own schedule and frequently close early, even during peak hours. It is disappointing that they do not seem more concerned with making money. Additionally, the quality of the sandwiches is mediocre at best and they do not accept coupons. The customer service can be hit or miss, with the lady who knows the owners providing inconsistent experiences. Overall, it is preferable to drive to another city for a sandwich or forego Subway altogether rather than waste time at this location.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a great experience with both the service and sandwich. However, when I returned for dinner tonight, they unexpectedly closed early and the lady working there quickly ran to hide in the back so I wouldn't see her.
