Hop Hing's Kitchen - Vallejo

The best Chinese restaurant hands down in Vallejo. The food is always fresh and prepared to pure perfection. Been ordering everday for the last four days!!!

The best I ever had. They are so sweet and always smile with really good customer service. They are very fast and they really give u what you pay for plus more. You get a combo plate, basically get four entrees, each other Chinese restaurant gives you 3.. not only that, but they are not stingy with the food, they give a lot. By the way, I've been there several times and never disappointed. I always leave myself happy and happy. From now on, no more Panda Express, hops are now my place. Well done

I would love to give them a higher rating but I pulled up (admittedly 5min before closing, but BEFORE closing) and I watched them notice me pull up then lock the door and flip the open sign to closed. It wouldn't have cost them a thing to stay open a few more minutes just to let me run in! I just got off work and didnt wanna go anywhere else but I guess they couldnt be bothered. I've heard of similar issues so I guess I'll just take my money elsewhere from now on.

I do not recommend this place the food is raw and nasty. I order a plate and I went back because the chicken was literally raw and it smell horrible and I went to get my money back and they refused to give it to me so I ask them polite if they could at least give me a new plate And said no.

I have the combo special with Broccoli Beef Black Pepper Chicken with half rice chow. Both are good. Sweet Sour Pork, Green Beans Chicken, Egg Foo Young are also good. Don't go too much after 6:15. You stop cooking fresh food so you can only get what's already there. Online says they close at 7:30, but I think they close at 7:00.
