Pizzeria Edelweiss - VALLE AURINA

I had a great morning walking along the river. Before I knew it I had walked a few villages down the road, and I was tired by the time I returned to Lutago. Because I had not seen restaurants in the town I stopped in at the Visitors Welcome Center. The lady at the desk told me that there were a few, and one (Pizzeria Edelweiss) was just a few more steps down the road. After cleaning up at the hotel, I went for lunch. I was warmly greeted at the door, and invited to dine at the tables set up in the back garden. Clean. Neat. A few tables were filled, but there was plenty of space for me to sit at another table. The waiter came and took my order for a beer and a pizza capricciosa. The beer arrived quickly. The pizza followed a few minutes later. There was no rush, even though I'd arrived at 13:00, and the restaurant closed for lunch at 14:00. Today is their day off, but I plan to return tomorrow for another delicious lunch...or maybe try them for dinner!

Cosy restaurant with pleasant staff and very good pizza. The owner is very polite and have no problem to talk with you for hours about everything.

Best Lutago Restaurants. Excellent pizzas, friendly service and a well stocked bar. We always like to come back here. Ideal for dinner after all-day skiing. Excellent quality price ratio. I certainly recommend.
