The venue is characteristic, opened in May 2019 with a completely new management. After a long period of closure, here is a “historical” restaurant for Valgrisenche. No more hotel but only restaurant. The environment and location are pleasant. We went to this restaurant during summer holidays in valgrisenche. We found a great welcome and a lot of sympathy linked also to a great catering service. The managers are two young people, who, with their desire to do, contribute to making both the bar and the restaurant excellent. The menu is varied, and if you want, there is always the traditional Aosta Valley dish. I suggest you ask for a typical lunch at the time of booking to allow managers to fully meet you.
