Unsushi - Valencia

They have vegan options and eating was really good. although there is a little yo have the food ready.

I love sushi, but as a vegan, it’s tough to find variety. I love the vegan menu here so that I can have something more than just an avocado roll, and the restaurant itself is lovely, too. I went with a meat-eating friend, and he also loved it (including the vegan rolls he tried). Will be back for sure! I would leave 5 stars, but it’s not an option since this place serves meat. They have an extensive vegan menu, you won't be able to choose just one dish!

We enjoyed a tasty vegan meal at this restaurant, starting with two appetizers followed by 3 rolls and 6 pieces of sushi with seasoned rice and seaweed on the outside, along with some mochi for dessert.

I finally tried the vegan sushi in Valencia and it was spectacular! The sushi here is much tastier and authentic to Japanese cuisine compared to other vegan sushi restaurants in Madrid or Barcelona. They also offer various vegan and dessert options like spring rolls and homemade coulant. The ginger and wasabi are also homemade, not store-bought. I highly recommend this place, even for non-vegan diners, as they have separate menus for vegans and fish-eaters. The only suggestion I have is to possibly expand their vegan maki options and maybe introduce some sashimi. It would also be nice to see more Japanese beer options, even though they do offer Sapporo. I will definitely be returning many times in the future.
