Nekter Juice - Valencia

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was quite surprised by how unfriendly the atmosphere was. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence until I had been at the register for a few minutes, despite being the only customer there at the time. I observed that none of the staff members greeted other customers with a simple "hello" or "welcome". This only happened later. This was a first for me, as I have worked in the food industry before.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Both times I ordered a bowl, it only had four strawberries in it and was not even half full. The fact that they charged $10 for this is completely unacceptable.

I had the green apple detox today and it was great!! So refreshing and love the bite of ginger on my tongue. Great way to start the day stern every day! I am addicted and will come back tomorrow!!

Our experience at this restaurant was consistent with others who have mentioned a particularly rude staff member. This unfortunate behavior significantly detracted from our overall enjoyment of the establishment. We suggest exploring other nearby dining options that offer similar menus but with a focus on excellent customer service.

We had their Almond Butter Açaí bowl, split into two portions and it was probably the best bowl I?ve had in town. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Will come back here again soon to try the rest of the menu.
