Bidrage med feedbackExceptional Hotel for the value. Food service is incredible. There is a restaurant and a bar and even a gift shop that sells ice cream. Walking distance to Mc Donald’s and Wendy’s. Rooms have a fridge and microwave. Only negative is the Deluxe King room didn’t have a safe which I like to use to keep my medication away from my kids).Considering this is a family hotel it was incredibly quiet. Must have thick walls? One more small negative was the interior rim of the pool had black gunk and needs to be cleaned. But the water and pool itself was very clean even though a tropical storm came through a couple days prior and swept leaves and dirt everywhere. The pool must have been cleaned right after). But all in all this was a great stay!Nearby activities: Closest Hotel to Six Flags Magic Mountain and the adjoining Six Flags water park
Just Wow! I absolutely loved my stay!!! The late day staff was great!!! The Room with terrace was nice, but We did not take advantage of the terrace as much. A regular room with a view would be just as nice and cheaper. The dining in the restaurant was decent and our waitress was effective and helpful. This is a wonderful place to have a romantic weekend away. Very quiet and beds are comfy. Cleanliness was 8 out of 10 in my personal journal. Which is very high! If you are in town, SC/V I recommend this hotel!Safety: Great Location!!
This brand of Hilton doesn’t seem to follow Hilton rules. They are showing no availability on Hilton honors app for the same room that I booked on Hotwire. When I asked the staff to add my Hilton honors number, they said they were not able to because of the third party reservation. I told them I could care less another the 1000 points. I just wanted to have the ease of using my app for check in/check out.I told them I had a reservation at double tree two weeks ago through hot wire as well and they were able to link it to my Hilton Honors. Both receptionists said this property is privately owned and has its own rules. We were given a room on the ground floor on the side of the hotel that is very noisy due to its proximity to the freeway. We asked to change the room. They cited no availability.
Plenty of parking and even EV chargers. Doors to parking lots are aplenty. The room was clean and well stocked. The only thing is breakfast is $17 a person and there is no continental option. The pool is surrounded by the quaint hotel and this prevented high winds from blowing.Rooms: 5/5
The staff was extremely awfully rude when I first asked for a bathroom for my wife before checking in. He said there is no restroom, even tho i know there was an open restroom. Thats it I was done, when he said he was gonna call the police.. cause i walked toward restroom..That specific staff was 50-60 male with middle eastern/ Indian accent. Worked at the front desk around mid night, i decided to stay at other hotel due to this rude behavior. First impression tells everything about that hotel, do not stay at this hotel
