Divino Italiano - Valencia

We had the restaurant to ourselves on New Year’s Day, the service was excellent and the pasta was delicious. Nice modern deco. Highly recommend this place.

I dined here with my partner the other night, we are both accustomed to good, traditional italian food and were hoping to find a new favourite italian restaurant in valencia. The atmosphere is lovely, despite there only being 2 or 3 other tables. The waiter serving us was friendly, but seeing as he was alone he seemed to be rushing all the time. The food was honestly not the best, the vitello tonnato was like nothing we'd ever tried anywhere in Italy, and the pasta and pizza were mediocre. Something that shocked us was that the waiter went for 2 cigarettes and a personal phone call in the time we were there, with no one else around to serve customers in the mean time. We were hoping for the friendly italian touch of offering a limoncello at the end of the meal, we saw 2 other tables receive this, but we didn't and left feeling disappointed and cheated.

We were hungry and tired and all the restaurants were either closed or CLOSED. Then we saw DiVino. For the hungry and for the culinarists, this is The Restaurant. Warmest recommendations. The staff is the greatest.
