I visited this restaurant always a can. Is one of the best restaurants in Valença. Nice people. Very good food.

Good food,good ambiance,good service. First visit on a quiet evening. Place could do with a face lift but its all about the food. Portions are large,even a half portion is enough for two moderate appetites. Soup excelent,home made,fish and meat all superb quality. Deserts a bit basic but made up for by coffee and chuppa recommend coffee one ,lemon a bit medicinal. Will return.

The restaurant offers a good quality of local meals, especialy sea-food. The prices was good, the staff professional. We received some great home made liqueurs as a gift.

At first we were a little unsure, given that the place was empty when we entered. But then, it was a rainy monday evening. Main dish was excellent, the naco na telha (prime beef) was grilled to perfection, delicious and tender. That is what makes the difference in places like this! You also won 't go hungry here, portions and side dishes are plenty! Location is indeed not obvious, in an upper floor of a commercial building. The house wine (in this case Verde Tinto) is not the best. Service was very good, the waitress was very nice to us.

Location not obvious. But from there all was good. Service from Mendes was excellent with good wines and fresh seafood. Cafe and port was a suitable end to a great meal in a local restaurant.
