Royal Spice - Vale of White Horse

I ordered the food late without knowing how long it would take to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up just 30 minutes later, and it was hot and delicious.

We placed an order at 4pm through Just Eat on New Year's Eve, knowing it would be busy. We requested delivery at 6:30pm, but received an email confirming delivery at 6:45pm, which was fine due to the busy holiday. However, when my husband called the restaurant at 7:35pm to inquire about our order, he was rudely told it had already been delivered, which it had not. After being told to wait another 20 minutes, our order finally arrived 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the order was missing items, the food was cold and flavorless, and some items were incorrect. When we tried to call the restaurant again, nobody answered. While we understand it was a busy time of year, paying nearly £60 for a wrong and cold order is not acceptable. It would have been more bearable if the customer service had been better and we had received an apology, but that was also lacking. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

The quick service at this restaurant was excellent and the food quality was superb. It had been a while since I last dined here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I left very satisfied.

Food tasty Can’t complain. Would definitely use again. The naan bread was quite bland, hence the 4* but still a very good meal and delivered reasonably good time too

We've had meals from here before and always been great. Tonights food was heavily laden with onion, as in mainly onion and sauce and the meat was slimy. So disappointed, but maybe not the usual chef
