Costas Coffee - Vale of White Horse

The coffee is great and it's a lovely spot to catch up with a friend. The only drawback is the restroom situation - one was out of order and the disabled toilet was dirty. I opted not to use it. Unfortunately, they never seem to be clean, which seems to be a common issue at most Costa locations.

I'm not a big fan of Costa, but this particular location is really strange. I think I'll pass on this one.

We were looking for a place to have a hot drink,we were passing McDonald’s just up the road but then it was too late but we happened to stumble upon here and this was great and in the perfect location so we popped in.Staff were very friendly and looked very clean.

Not sure where to start as the experience was horrendous. Very slow service, we were served our coffee in a dirty cup it looked like it hadn’t been washed when we mentioned this to the barista she looked vacantly at us, took the cup with a tut and replaced it, no apology given. We took our tray to the table, no napkins, I went back to ask for some, I was greeted with another tut and they were heavily handedly put down on the counter. We were meeting friends who had traveled some way so got them a coffee which was served in take away cups as they had no clean cups, this was 10.30am! No reduction in the price. The service was slow, staff rude one member of staff in particular needs immediate training in costumer service, dirty, as tables had not been cleared. Would definitely not recommend,

Dont visit this Costa, go next door to McD's for a coffee or even take the time to go to starbucks up the road, trust me it's better than here.
