Zacadoo's Grille - Valdosta

The pommes are now lower. what happened to the fries? three stars, because the quality of the cheddar round and sweet tee is still outstanding. they bring the fries back, there is not good that I can make them home.

I love zacadoos, however today i had a horrible experience. I ordered some nuggets with a side of Mac and cheese this was what i received. I called and asked if this was the normal portion they said i was supposed to receive 2 of them instead of the 1 cup, i asked if i can have fries instead. A lady in the background was rude and insisted that i walk up to the busy window with cars constantly coming through to have the Mac and cheese cup replaced instead of having a worker bring it to the parking lot. They eventually brought it to the car. I’m giving 2 stars because the guy who brought my replacement fries was very nice.

Today was a miss for breakfast. Ordered 4 biscuit sandwiches and they all look like this. Better quality should be expected.

First time trying Zacadoos and I won’t be back. Do not recommend. Food is low quality. Steak burger isn’t even the right meat type- sorta like a frozen Bubba’s patty. The chili dogs had one spot of chili squirted onto it.. the only thing worth the money is the fries.

Always get my order wrong! The food is good, serviced was awful today! The drive through girl was very unhappy and rude. I got no egg and sausage in my breakfast cup! Ordered bacon!! What a waste of money and time!
