We rolled into Valdez and found that Fu Kung was right behind our hotel. We ended up getting the 007, Polar Bear, and a spicy crunch roll. For 2 people, the 3 rolls really hit the spot and came with a great spicy soup. We knew we'd be hungry later and got an order of pad Thai to go. The servers were kind and quick, and we had a great time relaxing here after a long drive. In the evening when we broke out the pad Thai, they had carefully put the peanut sauce and the hot pepper sauce in separate containers, so it wasn't soggy or separated. The one order was enough for both of us to eat.

Avoid this place, the restaurant has weird smell, the servers had bad attitudes and couldn’t even explain well the menu. We literally saw blood in Hunan beef. Awful fake Chinese restaurant, stay away! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
