On the occasion of the visit to the Château de Fougères sur Bièvre, we were looking for a restaurant for lunch. We discovered by chance the Red Herb, and do not regret it. The reception is warm, the menu is developed with local and seasonal products, and very good advice is provided on wines that can accompany our choices. The dishes were as beautiful to look as tasty to taste, with, among other things, a mellow chocolate. Finally, the setting is very pleasant with a shaded terrace. We recommend this restaurant, advising you to book before, because it is visibly very popular.
Great restaurant. In the middle of the countryside near Blois, a pleasant and simple welcome, a terrace has set a path between campzgbe bistro and guinguette, a delicious and refined cuisine however without chichi. And the whole wine map are natural wines, which is rare and therefore deserve to be noted. The wine we enjoyed with the glass was simply perfect and succulent. We'll come back this winter to test the inner atmosphere, but no doubt it'll be perfect.

A must-see address not far from Cheverny and Chaumont. The card is restricted (quality and made of fresh and local products. The service is impeccable and the peaceful terrace. France would probably be better if there were more restaurants in this style!
