I encountered some incredibly rude staff at this hotel. I had a concern and spoke to a woman who was shouting at me. I had to interrupt her and suggest she take a moment to breathe. As a top-tier member of this brand, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. You will be disappointed if you do.

My favorite place to stay in Vail. The staff, from the valets at arrival to the front desk team and the servers in the café/restaurant, are all friendly and attentive. They are always ready to help and make our stay special every time.
