Sushi Thai At Lionshead - Vail

Ordered chicken pad Thai and it was delicious! My friend ordered the red curry and it was also great! 10/10 recommend :

I love this place! The food is ready really quick and it is good sized portions with enough for leftovers for my lunch the next day. Nice guys who work there too.

Got the panang curry, avocado and unagi roll and the spicy tofu dish. All were very good! Great service!

Food was 10/10. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to navigate my party’s dietary restrictions. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous, you can sit outside and enjoy the natural beauty of vail, or even inside if you are like me and get cold easily. Wonderful restaurant!

Don’t assume that at Beyond Sushi Thai (aka Japanese and Thai) they are from Japan or Thailand, or speak those languages. They don’t. The girl who sat me was Hispanic. The guy that came out seemed weirdly proud that he wasn’t Thai and didn’t speak any Thai because he’s Chinese. Maybe rename to “Beyond Sushi Chinese” or “China Best Plus Some Thai Sushi”? I came because it was the only place in the area with positive reviews for their Pad Thai. I asked for it as hot as you can make it (I normally order in Thai but they don’t speak Thai). My rating: overall 6/10, heat 3/10, authenticity 2/10. The only reason for a decent overall rating is it’s the best Thai in Vail, and it’s decent enough if order it again if I’m craving Pad Thai. I look forward to coming back and trying some Chinese dishes as this is NOT a Thai restaurant, but I’d like to still patronize them for other dishes.
