Casa Mexico - Vail

This is likely the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! The flavors were incredible. You can expect to pay between $15 and $19 for a standard dish, which offers plenty of choices!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and each experience has been excellent. I tried the Tacos and the Molcajete (photo attached), and both were fantastic. I highly recommend the Molcajete—it offers a generous portion and is well-seasoned. The margaritas are decent, not outstanding, but enjoyable. I've dined at more extravagant and pricey places in Vail, but I haven't found anything better than what this place has to offer.

This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of large Tex-Mex and classic Mexican dishes. Conveniently located just off the highway, it's a great stop for travelers. They serve excellent margaritas and have fantastic happy hour specials. If you're in the area or passing through, this is definitely a worthwhile option for a meal.

Random lunch break and we stumbled on a jewel! First, the tortilla chips are amazing- not too fat, and they come with not only salsa, but also warm queen! The portions are big! Chicken Tortilla soup was delicious! And the Fajitas for 2 were also very delicious. Would definitely recommend this place!

I sat at the bar for a quick dinner, our bartender was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner portions were large and the food was very tasty. I can definitely recommend the Chile relleno. Also, if you are friendly with the bar tender you might get treated to a shot of tequila from the goat hoof!
