Good gluten-free pizza and pasta. also large gluten-free cakes from the renowned bakery Eddegger-Tax (they do gluten-free only bake one day per week) pizza is served without danger of contamination, baked and in a separate tablet. pasta is precooked, so it goes directly into the pan and does not have to go into the water where the gluten paste is boiled. once I had a cook that was not aware of it, and I informed him about the problem since they seem to do it right.

The pizza is ok but I've eaten better.
