Uncooked steel cut oats that is actually uncooked old fashioned oat meal. Could not figure out how to make a coffee. Forgot second whole meal. When asked why other folks got the same order before us the server became snide, short, impatient and disrespectful. Lectured us on how to fix the order they blundered. Sad the staff acts unprofessionally. Uncooked oatmeal.

We have stayed at this hotel several times while on our way to ski at Lake Tahoe. It is convenient for my wife to visit the outlet malls, especially now with our new granddaughter. Due to having a lot of luggage and the hotel lacking an elevator, I requested a ground floor room upon check-in, as the Marriott chat function was not working the day before. Despite being upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor due to my Marriott status, the friendly receptionist was able to accommodate our request for a ground floor room with a king bed, just steps away from an entrance and our parking spot. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the cream-colored furniture added brightness. We see no reason not to continue staying here in the future.

Located in the heart of Vacaville's shopping district, this hotel was the perfect choice for my recent business trip. It was conveniently close to restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab a quick meal or pick up any items I needed. The room was clean and cozy, and the highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast included every morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Vacaville.

This restaurant review is about a business motel hotel with mostly identical rooms, except for a few special ones. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the rooms. The service was exceptional, with the front desk staff being incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded me to a larger room, which was fantastic. The room had a spacious bedroom, great TV services, and kitchen facilities. The staff provided excellent, genuine American service. The hotel's location is convenient, with factory outlets nearby that offer a wide selection of stores. Additionally, there is a fantastic market store next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

We always stop here on our way up to the mountains and skiing. If we have just arrived at SFO, it's a short hop from there and it allows my wife to hit the Outlet Mall across the road from the hotel. Always a friendly welcome and the rooms are set on a square around the pool on 3 levels. Room was clean and bright and comfortable, with easy access to shopping and restaurants by car or by foot. After 2 nights, check-out was easy and quick.
