Starbucks - Vacaville

I placed an online order for delivery. The delivery person was inside the store waiting for over 45 minutes. When I finally inquired about the status of my order, they lied and claimed that someone else had already picked it up. It was clear that they were simply too busy to fulfill the delivery order and didn't want to be bothered. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I've been to all the Starbucks locations in Vacaville, and every time I've had issues with my order. Not only do they consistently get it wrong, but they also have a bad attitude when I try to address the mistake. Despite there being three or more people working and no long lines, they still manage to mess up simple orders. This experience is making me reconsider going to Starbucks altogether.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was well-maintained during my stop at this restaurant. I was in need of some pumpkin spice to satisfy my craving, and this team delivered. I also had the opportunity to sit down and make some successful follow-up phone calls.

I love Starbucks and I tip for taste. The service is always great. If they get my drink right I give them a tip. If they would just let me put my own half n half in my drink it would be awesome.

Easy parking. Friendly Baristas. Fast service. And you can still plug in you laptops here compared to other branches that have the power outlets sealed off. Don’t forget to tip!
