Solano Brewing Company - Vacaville

Really exceptional beer for this sleeper-of-a-brewery. Very easy to access with plenty of parking, and a good relaxed, country setting. They have a wide variety of beers, and it's family pet friendly. Staff is great, and the master brewer is really cute. My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with ample parking and an inviting atmosphere.My beer flight featured four delicious brews: the robust and hoppy 80 West Triple IPA, the smooth yet bold 1892 Double IPA, the refreshing and malty Rednado Red Ale, and the crisp and citrusy Mullet Season IPA. Each beer showcased a unique flavor profile, and I was truly impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of these brews.The spacious seating both inside and out provided a comfortable and relaxed environment to enjoy my beer flight. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall fantastic experience.To top it all off, I lucked out with the TacoAddiction food truck on-site. The cheese shell carne asada taco was a game-changer! The rich flavors and inventive twist on a classic taco perfectly complemented my beer selection, making this visit an unforgettable culinary adventure.In summary, this brewery offers an amazing combination of great beer, ambiance, and food. Went to Solano Brewing because of the Cousins Maine Lobster Food truck was going to be there. We were pleasantly suprised by the friendly and family atmosphere we encountered. A large kids play area, outside fire pit, nice bar, lots of seating, all weather parking and more. Even without the Food Trucks we'll be back.

Nice place, great service and an awesome outing for falies with kids.
