Jack In The Box - Vacaville

Went through the drive thru and was the only car there at the time. The food took a bit to come out, but the fries were hot and the chicken was good. Unfortunately, two separate people asked me what sauce I wanted and I still didn't receive any! Taking home 2 different chicken meals and no sauce does not make hungry people happy.

You could hear the manager yelling and screaming at his teammates. Felt like a very hostile environment. Food was bad. Won't go back there again!

We were seeking a dine in experience. It was just after 8 PM, and despite there being no hours posted, the OPEN sign was lit. Yet, the diner was locked. To their credit, the drive thru was open and there was plenty of parking.

Went through the drive thru just to try a milkshake. It was good. Can't say much more.
