Bidrage med feedbackTonight I tried ordering pizzas for my daughters sleepover and got the absolute rudest service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The part the got me the most is, after I waited an hour and 30 mins for a pizza that never came they all stuck together with being as rude and disrespectful to me as possible and the manager got on the phone and was so unprofessional and talked to me worst than the employees and then hung up on me after I asked for a refund.
Always good people in there when ordering an picking up food
We just moved to the area earlier this week and got pizzas delivered to our home on 12/12/2022. We're also located in Browns Valley of Vacaville (95688). We attempted to order more pizzas tonight and the male on the phone said they no longer deliver to this area and he's informing people of this moving forward. I asked to speak to the manager and of course the male was the manager lol. And to top it off, my sister in law lives two minutes from us and she just called Cenario's after me, they said they would deliver to her residence? If we have the same zip code and live two minutes from each other in Browns Valley in Vacaville per Google Maps, why do they get delivery but we don't? What an absolute joke and completely unprofessional if you ask me. Make it make sense Cenario's because there's absolutely no logic on your end. Lastly, they said they have no record of my delivery but I sure do so clean up your messy business because this type of treatment to customers is unacceptable.
I am so very disappointed with Cenarios Vacaville tonight. My order was not ready when promised. My lightly cooked fred bread was well done . No dipping sauce as ordered . The mozzarella sticks were cold again with no dipping sauce as ordered. My son's Ceasar salad had no parmesan cheese. my garden salad with no onions had a whole lot of onions. I don't understand. I even tipped you guys. So sad that service accuracy is not a requirement for this establishment.
I just called to Have a couple pizzas delivered to work for my team. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude, rushed me through my order, and then hung up midsentence when I was trying to tell him “thank you have a nice day.” I had a very simple order. I knew what I wanted. I didn’t create any problems. He was so short and literally hung up in the middle of my sentence. It made me feel like being a customer and placing an order was a huge burden. I understand the service industry is tough, but a little courtesy goes a long way in bringing back repeat customers.
