I didn't have to wait until my order expires. everything was in the bag and the food was great!

Food comes out fresh but might be the worlds slowest drive thru. Not sure if they?ve ever passed food through the drive thru window before. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot.

Wow I love this store. I am a daily customer at this place and I eat the Angus with cheese all day everyday, for me that's the perfect burger. The patty is always fresh and juicy and that too with fresh vegetables toppings. It takes time but worth it.

Can't speak to drive-thru experience and I think I know what the one star reviews are based on. Language communications problems with some staff. HOWEVER, I placed an online order in this time of Covid-19 for pickup. Every item was different with different condiments, and they got everything right. That's a plus for me because the Swiss Chalet in the other half of the building couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. (see other review. After the 3rd time of paying for an extra, large sauce, and not finding it in the order when we got home, we've blacklisted the place. Only reason for not giving Harvey's 5 stars is that we arrived at the time given when placing the order and the food was at best warm, Not hot.

Great customer service at this location. The staff are very friendly. Food was cooked fresh and quickly. The facilities are very clean including the washroom. This Harvey's shares a building with an adjacent Swiss Chalet. Unfortunately I did not get served Swiss Chalet fries with my combo.
