Coppins Corners Diner - Uxbridge

I recently called ahead for a group of 15 people, we were offered a buffet. It was ready when we showed up with plenty of food and coffee! Owners were very friendly and easy to coordinate with.

Loved our breakfast at the Coppins Corner Diner, the staff were super friendly the food was great. I've been there many times before and I'll definitely be back again.

I've passed by a few times. I love little diners. Today was our first visit. Cute and clean inside. It isn't a large dining room. There is a lovely, large covered patio and that's where we sat.My breakfast was delicious. To my mind, there are a few things that elevate a regular breakfast. Coppins Corners does them all. My eggs were cooked exactly as I asked. The home fries were REAL.....as in not frozen. They were nicely seasoned and crispy in all the right places. Bacon was perfect. My toast was buttered properly. I know that might sound picky, but i enjoy it like that. It was served with a little side cup of watermelon. Very tasty.The service was friendly, and he didn't miss a beat. Making sure we had all the condiments, fresh coffee refill, and the meal was to our liking.Also, plenty of parking and the washroom was clean. Definitely will go out of our way to return.
