Compliments to the Chef...the choice baked catfish was the best I've ever had anywhere.!! Nice portion, no strong fishy taste, clean so tasty, with the tarter sauce the nicely seasoned large size zucchini slices...just enough salad, the buttered bun was just firm enough, yet plump soft upon slicing.!!
