My favorite baker in the east of Erlangen. The double-baked bread is my favorite. However, the rye rolls are nix. Taste like cardboard lids and are not recommended. Others can do better....

Except for the pretzels that are too dry to me personally, everything tastes here! The quality of baked goods is sensational and the staff is nice! I hope that the Bohemia is still long! Without swab grain? Not imaginable
