As far as the quality of food is concerned, it was the same as all the others we visited. however, what I found to be different, faster and better, was the service.

Receive call from restaurant, Sprite not available so I have to choose another drink. Collect order, get home, chicken wings missing. Restaurant does not answer the phone. Call service centre, they ask me to go back and collect the missing item. I advise I'm not willing to do this (20 minutes away), can they deliver. They say no, the store is now closed. The time is 9:15 but the store doesn't close until 9.30. One person doesn't eat pizza so they have nothing to eat. They asked if I can collect it tomorrow! What terrible terrible service. Meal ruined and food that was provided was poor. I asked for a refund for the wings which they said would take a long time! I doubt the refund will ever arrive. I will never use this restaurant again and will advise others to avoid.

Eating in is ok. however, takeout/delivery is way too hit or miss. often the toppings are wrong.. particularly consistency with cheese amount. I recommended checking your food before accepting it. that said, they will pressure you hard to just accept it.
