Meneer Vink - Utrecht

Great food. Lots of options. You could choose a fixed menu or Individual items from both that menu or the regular menu. They brought us a lot of complimentary side dishes. Excellent and very accommodating staff. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

Very nice place on the outskirts of Utrecht. They have a selected menu with lots of autumn/winter food based on deer, turkey and pheasant. Their servings are plenty and so you have a good meal for a fair price. I had the camembert salad for starters and the Angus beef burger as main dish. Both very tasty and complete servings. They also have a large variety of beers on draught and on bottle. Staff is friendly and swift. Only downside is the limited parking space. The hotel next to the restaurant has more spaces, but when you find out the one at Vink is full you have to exit the parkinglot, drive towards the city again, take the roundabout to make a 180 and drive back again as there is no possibility to reach the hotel's parkingsspace directly from Vink's. Parking there is free the first three hours.

I highly recommend this beautiful little restaurant! The food was the best we had in Utrecht and the setting is beautiful!

Went for lunch. Comfy place with tasty choices. Also took a desert which was very nice. Make sure to make reservations if you go here, unless the Suns out. The staff was very friendly and made the visit comfortable. We went by bike, but there is also lots of place to park your car.

4+ .. looks a bit outdated seen from the road (especially compared with a trendy neighbor like Loft88); wouldn't have been my choice if a friend didn't bring to it to my attention. Great outdoor space for a lazy spring afternoon (recommendation: update for the kids and you'll see a LOT more families during the day). Great service, lovely staff. As for dinner: I'm a big fan of bouillabaisse... simply and by far the best ever (starters or main dish). Excited to see what the main course will bring!
