Phu Quoc - Utica

The food is excellent the Pho Tai and the Banh Mi Sandwiches are really good also try the egg rolls. most of all on the menu is $10. I don't go for service or cleanliness its kind of diving restaurant, but the food is worth the trip.

Okay, it's not nice, bu the scar is good and the prices are good. 4 of us thought it was good. Steak Banh Mi was great. Pho was also excellent.

Excellent Pho and the Banh Mi our daughter were amazing (hard to impress an 8-year-old sometimes). We always try the Chai Gio (egg rolls) when we go for vietnamese, and these were fleshy and plentiful (some places give you hardly enough for two). We will definitely come back.

The floor was really dirty, the only person on the floor was a woman who spent all the time on the phone with earphones. Two of the articles we tried to order were not available and were not made clear. We ordered a bubble tea and they used an extremely loud mixer placed by a table as a desk. On the ground near the dining room area there were cases of Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Bergtaudosen. The mirrors on the walls were pretty dirty, the containers of sauce on the tables were dirty as if someone spilled stuff on them and never cleaned. There were crates of cereal sitting on one of the tables as if someone were eating breakfast. There was a TV that was static. The portion size was quite large and the food was pretty good, but the overall experience was bad.

Very very hot inside . It's cooler outside on a summer day. Place is very dirty. Need to be wiped down. Food must of been days old.
