Donuts taste great, but every time I go to hell and schoenherr place, the people there are not pleasant to work! I live in the harbour huron. I don't get there often. If I do, I want to see a smile! everyone is bad! I've been there for ten years since they opened up and never nice people working there. also their website shows reeces and zimt brötchen and others, but are never in load. do not show them on the line when they let me buy arent!

They didn't give me the donuts I ordered after I checked them at home. I brought them back they told me they aren't making the ones I ordered now. So they told me to drive to the window for refund. I didn't get a receipt from the girl at window. Have been sitting in parking lot for over 1 hr and still don't have my refund.

Horrible customer service. They say the minimal amount of words to you. Messed up our donut order, we nicely told them of the mistake, lady in the window rolled her eyes and grabbed the correct donut and handed it to us without communicating a single word. Beyond rude. Won’t be returning.
