Dunkin' - Utica

One of the few dunkin locations in the area that doesn't mess up your order. Friendly staff as well

I have to be honest. I now understand why America runs on Dunkin'. The food was so good, I swear I wanted to hug my momma.

I visit Dunkin' regularly which is why I feel it deserves a 5-star rating. While it may not be perfect, it is always reliable and convenient. While fancy options are nice occasionally, I always appreciate something simple and easy. My favorite is the Charli Cold Foam drink!

I must admit, this was my first time trying Dunkin' Donuts in 40 years. Now I understand why America runs on Dunkin'...the donuts were so good, I felt like slapping my momma.

The restaurant has a very nice and clean location, but it can be difficult to navigate during busy times, especially in the morning. The employees provide great service and the drinks are typically made correctly to order. However, there have been some issues with the drive-thru microphone, leading to occasional problems with communication. During my last visit, they mixed up my coffee and hot cocoa order and I also received a box of assorted donuts instead of the glazed ones I had ordered. Although this was disappointing, luckily we enjoyed most of the donuts and the rest were enjoyed by our kids' friends.
