The Dunkin Donuts on 1300 Genesee st. Needs serious attention. They are rude, frequently get orders wrong and are very disorganized. I will never go there again...

Place is ok.. it is in a bad area with a lot of homeless and drug addicts, not there fault tho..

I ordered the cold brew and hummus toast using the mobile app, but unfortunately, I did not receive either when my order arrived.

I adore their sandwiches, and the iced latte is made just the way I prefer it!
