Applebee's - Utica

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I was with a friend and her four-year-old daughter. After a long day of shopping, we decided to relax and grab a bite at Applebee's. Our server, Lina, was AMAZING. She was very personable and handled our tired and hungry child with grace. She mentioned that she was called in on her usual day, and we're so glad she was! I would definitely return just for the excellent customer service. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. We left feeling satisfied and with a happy child.

I dined at this restaurant with my mom, and we had a wonderful experience. The hosts and servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. The chicken alfredo was absolutely delicious! As we were leaving, a young man at the door stopped to wish us well. We'll definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in on us. The food I ordered was delicious, and it was well worth the price. The bartender, Brendon, was fantastic. For once, the tables were clean with no gum underneath! Ryan, our waiter, definitely deserves a raise—he was extremely friendly and sweet, and the donut bites we tried were delightful. I must say, Ryan has such a majestic beard that even the Greek gods would be envious!

Good food. Really slow service. Server took beverage order, back to the food order. Another server brought our food out. I had to request a beverage refill as the server went by without ever asking how our food was. After dinner it was a waiting game to get our food bill. Overall we were close to an hour and a half for a Southwest Bowl and a Chicken Sandwich, plus two well drinks. The restaurant was NOT busy.

Been highly impressed the past few times my fiance and I have gone. We had sworn this location off, as everything we came they were either not excepting new consumers (2-3 hours before close) and were normally out of half their menu. They have improved ten fold!! The staff has became much more professional, they allow us in at normal hours, the food is good, and they rarely have more than 2 items out. We've been extremely happy with the improvements.
