Mirror Lake Diner - Utah

I always come here and have great food but the main reason I come back is the waitress Shaye. She is kind, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She always brings a smile to my face. Give that woman a raise!!

Pleasant. The fall ambiance was cute. My daughter's huevos rancheros dish was cold. The service is really good.

We came around 2:00 for a late lunch and it was clear that the restaurant had been super busy all day. Despite likely being exhausted, our waitress was fantastic. She was very friendly and was good about communicating with us about timing and orders. I loved the tuna melt, my son loved the mini oatmeal, and my mother in law really enjoyed the avocado toast.
