Fantastic great food very different the pork spring rolls are out of this world Bobotie and roti sensational

Had the Mushroom Risotto Cakes. Basically just three balls of rice with a very small piece of mushroom inside, on top of an ordinary tomato sauce with maybe five small pieces of vegetables. The taste was just tomato sauce. (Overpriced). I was disappointed. The service was ok.

We had a unique, memorable meal at Hidden Cuisine! Located about four miles from downtown Moab, chef Zini lovingly prepares mouth watering dishes that are worth the wait. I live in Spanish valley so it is closer than driving to town. Also is a great option if you don't want to deal with the Moab traffic.

For sure an hidden gem! Tasty food, fast service, nice coffee and affordable!
