Arby's - Utah

We did not receive our order. No sandwiches. I'm not sure why the person chose to ignore us or didn't understand. We will not return

We made a stop here for lunch. Food was excellent and service was great. Dining area was very clean. I had the Greek Gyro with roast beef--delicious and huge. My husband had the classic roast beef with crinkle cut fries (I believe it was the #2) and he did it was great. We will add this on our trips to Utah.

Was looking for a quick snack and stopped to get a beef and cheddar. Just the one sandwich. There was no one in line inside or outside. It still took over 15 min to get my food. For the first 5 min not another car came in. By the time I left there were 5. The one behind me left before they got their order. The staff seemed not to care. If you can go somewhere else. Worst Arby’s in town. Bad service and low quality food.

This is a difficult location considering the proximity to the freeway. I had trouble communicating, but they provided everything ordered. Great work, considering!
