High and low: a flan of porcini and toma and hazelnut granella very gooseous, a margonese (paste and fried pork slice with a slice of melted cheese on top) that should not even dare from the kitchen. it was cold, definitely cooked much before (the cheese was detached as a single slab, had been melted but then had resolidated,) and the cut of the meat was thin, unsuitable to a fettina impanata.
