Sarku Japan - U.S. Hwy N #L Greenwood

This place was good about 10 years ago, but the food quality has gone down the tubes. The spring rolls are the worst you could ever imagine, the rice is flavorless, and the portions are not anywhere near as large as they used to be. A huge disappointment after what I remember being a good, cheap spot.

Food is great. Service is awful. Don't download the app it WILL NOT allow you to add coupons, they then refuse to help you order. They shove you out of the way and tell you to figure it out. I'm not that old, the app doesn't work. Too over priced to begin with. Bad service doesn't help.Also, you should make sure the person doesn't speak Spanish before you tell the cooks to intentionally give them less portions bc you're upset I asked for help.

Food was great and priced well! Employees are very friendly!

I come to the mall just to eat here. Excellant food, cooked fresh. A great value! I always get the Chicken Shrimp Teriyaki, with rice veggies. Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating. Restrooms nearby.

Once again the owner raised the prices at the cashier. Do not trust what's on their menu. It once one of the best but now I can't this company!
