Bidrage med feedbackI went to Dory's when it first opened and ended up getting sick all night. I decided to give them a second chance, but the experience was just average and I didn't get sick this time. On July 9th, I ordered their pork riblets and discovered that they were covered in mold after taking a bite. Upon further inspection, I found that all the riblets on display were also moldy. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they did not believe me and offered to replace the riblet. I declined and informed them that all of the riblets were in the same condition. Despite my complaint, some of the moldy riblets were left on display for other customers. I received a refund, but was shocked by the low standards of the restaurant. It seems that I am not the only person who has gotten sick from eating at this establishment.
The service was excellent and the fish and chips were delicious. There was plenty of seating available in the food court and the salads looked fresh. The ready-made prawn rolls seemed to be a popular choice. Overall, everything was okay.
Today was the first time I tried ordering ahead on a mobile app whilst being driven down the highway.
This restaurant is lacking in even the fundamentals of providing efficient drive-thru customer service.
It's Timmy's. what more can u ask for. Long lines but usually quick and friendly service. Great food and coffee. But I love it so maybe I'm biased. Lol
