Jimmy John's - Urbandale

Developed HORRIBLE food poisoning after eating a beach-club unwich from this location. One of my coworkers also got sick 7 days later with food poisoning as well. I would not recommend visiting this location.

I mean, it 's Jimmy John 's. The workers are a bunch of chill dudes who just graduated from High school and the food is totally edible. I 'm a little disappointed they didn 't break into song and dance when Don 't Stop Believing came on over the speaker system. Booo.

Sandwich was good but. the roast beef was a little well done for the hunter sandwich. the tomatoes should never of been sliced still green. staff was nice and quick service

I ordered online, it took over an hour for them to come and bringing me my food. I ordered 3 sandwiched and 3 drinks, when they finally got here my sprite was flat. Waste of money and time...not freaky fast at all.

Was good except ordered a ham sandwich the employee kept asking if we wanted a #5 or #9 stating it was the same only with a piece of salami??? Said just ham got home wasn't a ham sandwich son picked everything off. Misunderstanding?
