I didn't stay at Domino's for long, but I enjoyed an amazing super thin and crispy Meat Lover's pizza tonight. The service was quick, and the staff were really nice.
Do not bother buying food at this Domino's location!!!!! David the delivery driver was rude and 15 minutes late delivering to a 8 min location. Once the pizza arrived it was the wrong order. The GM of this store sent out another pie. Here is the proof.
A few days later, I tried to use the credit, but no one at the store seemed to know what I was talking about. They instead told me that I would receive a refund to my card. That was over three months ago, and I still haven't received the refund. After that experience, I chose not to order from them again. However, this evening I was at work, feeling hungry, and decided to give them another shot. I ordered through the app again, using a free pizza promotion and adding a few extras to cover some of the cost. About thirty minutes after placing the order, I received another call. They mentioned they were very busy and that delivery wait times were about two hours. I said I was okay with the wait, and they assured me my pizza would be on the way. Two hours later, my pizza still hadn’t arrived, so I called to check on it. They confirmed it was on its way and would be there soon. Another hour passed with still no pizza, and when I called again, no one answered the phone. Once again, I was left without my pizza. I plan to call tomorrow to request a refund, but I worry it will be the same situation as before—promises of a refund that never materialize. I used to recommend this place, but not anymore. If you actually want your pizza delivered, I advise against ordering from here. I'm tired of being cheated out of my money and food, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I strongly suggest that anyone thinking about placing an order reconsider.
I am extremely disappointed. I've relied on Domino's for kids' parties in the past because one of the kids requires gluten-free food. I placed an online order on Saturday, January 15, and after waiting an hour and a half, I decided to call. When I reached them, they informed me that my order was still being prepared. I asked for an estimated time of arrival, and they told me it would be another three hours. I inquired about picking it up myself, but they refused. I had five hungry kids and two adults waiting—this was incredibly disappointing. They should have reached out to me, and I believe more should have been done to resolve the situation.
