Bidrage med feedbackSo disappointing! Ordered online for pickup.. arrived 15 mins early and then waited an additional 20 mins past quoted time. Place was empty except for 1 table of ladies and a gentleman at the bar.. 5 staff there. The staff was attentive and friendly. Now about the food.. pizza was burnt but toasted ravioli not even cooked! Bill was over $50 and unfortunately not worth even $20 total. Lotsa Mozza pizza would have been exponentially better and much cheaper. Fire the cooks orretrain them because they are not doing their job. This restaurant is failing big time. I have ran $1M+ restaurants for over 25 years. This manager needs to care and learn to see the bigger picture. Owners need to read these reviews and askquestions.
Boss' was excellent! Incredible Pizza! We ordered delivery through their website. It was easily navigable and simple to use. Though we were quoted a 90 minute wait (typical for a Friday evening regardless of where you order) our two pizzas arrived almost an hour earlier than expected, delivered by one of the friendliest drivers we've ever had. And...it was delicious! Five stars! We'll be back!
I ordered the Starlight Special, which was supposed to come with red sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella, and pepperoni. However, there was no cream cheese, and the red sauce seemed to have been absorbed into the dry, flavorless crust; the amount of sauce was minimal. Honestly, it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. For $22 plus tip and tax, I would have been better off with a frozen pizza. This pizza was a disappointment.
Upon entering, I was greeted by a strong scent of chlorine, but I soon found the restaurant to be visually appealing and well-maintained. The hostess seemed like she stepped out of the 1970s and appeared a bit bewildered. We started with the Chislic appetizer, which was on the pricier side but enjoyable nonetheless. I ordered the four-piece chicken basket, while my wife opted for the Parmesan Chicken Pizza. The pizza arrived first, piping hot and smelling absolutely delightful. Although I typically don't care for Alfredo pizza, this one was surprisingly good. My chicken took about another 10 minutes to arrive. While it was served hot, it lacked flavor and was rather bland. The potato wedges were warm but not exceptional. The side of baked beans was small and tasted like they came straight from a can, with no enhancements. Overall, it wasn't terrible; the server was friendly when she was around, but her attentiveness left something to be desired. I might return to give it another shot.
We decided to check out a new pizza place last night, and after driving past Boss's and seeing a few advertisements, we couldn't resist giving them a try! They have fantastic daily deals, and Sunday's offer was any large pizza (including specialty options) plus a side of bread for $23.99. With so many unique and enticing choices on the menu, it was tough to choose just one! Ultimately, we went for the Cuban pizza, which tastes just like a Cuban sandwich but in pizza form—it was AMAZING. The crust is a perfect blend of thicker hand-tossed and thin cracker styles—not too greasy and with the perfect balance of toppings. Their large pizza, about 14 inches, was more than enough for two people, and we had plenty of leftovers too. We opted for the cheesy garlic bread as our side, which was equally delicious. We called in our order for takeout, and it was ready in exactly 20 minutes as promised. The person who took our order was extremely nice, answered all my questions about the specials and the pizzas, and was very efficient. With such quick service and fantastic food, we will definitely be coming back!
