Her vegan gelato is delicious from this world. I really enjoyed all the flavors I tried, but the chocolate raspberry swirl won me at the end. The staff was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and let us sample various flavors. I will definitely be back!

I love that RBIC uses fresh local ingredients. Your taste selection is top notch. I recommend the Earl Grey when it's available!

Ice cream here is absolutely fantastic! I had the strawberry ice cream which tasted about right. The taste wasnt overpowering but not too weak. Service was also quick and friendly. I'm hoping at some point soon they add outdoor furniture to sit when it's a nice day
