Indian Kitchen - Uppsala

We so enjoyed our dinner here. A great choice on the menu, prices were very reasonable and the portions were huge! Containers were cheerfully provided when we were unable to finish our dinners. Defiitely on our list for a return visit next time we are in Uppsala.

Really good Indian food to a reasonable price, and the service was good. It could have been a little more spicier, but the meat was tender and juicy.

This is the best Indian food joint in Uppsala. At least they serve food which is very similar to Indian food. We order quite a lot from this place. Their biriyani is much better than any other so-called Indian restaurants. Other chicken dishes are great too but the butter chicken steals the show.

This restaurant had an additional menu with some interesting dishes like pumpkin curry. I chose stuffed aubergine with a tasty creamy sauce and served with a crispy paratha bread as well as rice. The chicken butter tikka masala was also very good. We were here for lunch on a Saturday and the place was almost empty but we had to wait quite some time before the food arrived.

Friendly service, bit empty lacking atmosphere, starters OK but main course bland lacking any bite! Price good.
